Bruce J. Reid, of Latimer Point Road, Stonington, died April 19th at his home. He was the father of the late Jessica Reid. He is survived by his mother, Clara Reid; son Jamie Reid and granddaughters Taylor and Alexandra Reid.
Bruce was a longtime resident of the Mystic/Stonington area. Following in his father, Walter Reid's footsteps, Bruce showed and trained horses. He loved being on the water, fishing and boating. He was employed with Heating Oil Products for the last several years. He will be missed by family and his wonderful loving friends.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at The Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Historic downtown Mystic on Friday at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Private burial will be at St. Patrick Cemetery, Old Mystic.
