Carol E. Crabtree, 91, formerly of Echo Road, Chepachet, died Friday, December 3, 2021 at Bayberry Commons in Burrillville. She was the widow of Allen Charette and Harry Crabtree.
Born in Putnam, CT, she was a daughter of the late Prescott E. Lamphere and Edith Barton. She had lived in Glocester for 50 years before moving to Burrillville four years ago.
Carol was a CNA at Bayberry Commons for 10 years before retiring.
She is survived by her children: Jane Philbrook and her husband, Milo of Ellington, CT, Allen Charette of Eastford, CT, Eddie Charette of Washington, Peggy Fowler of Kentucky, Glen Charette and Gail, of Danielson, CT, Harry Crabtree and his wife, Tina of Coventry, CT and Cindy Levesque and her husband, Ronnie of Chepachet, 19 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and a sister, Linda of Florida. She was the mother of the late Cathy Bean and sister of the late Faye and Arlene.
Her visitation will be held Tuesday evening, 4-6pm in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be private.
