Dan spent 23 years in Military Service. Two years in the Army, and then 21 years in

way he lived his life. Dan was also known for his quick sense of humor.

Dan was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America, the Marine Corps League and the American
Legion.

He was a long-time member of Eastpoint Church where he served in many capacities such as
ushering, he was on the Safety team, cleaning the church, oversaw the serving of communion and
serving the Immigrant community by bringing them furniture and food and helping them get settled
in a strange land. Many of them still call him "Dad."

Dan is predeceased by his parents and two brothers, Lyndon and Larry. He is survived by his
beloved wife, Linda; his children, Dennis, Roxane Duranceau and Daniel III of Maine, Daniel II of
