Barbara (Soares) D’Antoni

MANCHESTER – Barbara Ann (Soares) D’Antoni died at her home on November 14th, 2021 following a period of declining health. She was born in Manchester, NH on December 3, 1960 to Gloria and Antonio Soares.
Barbara attended Alvirne High School and Seacoast Career Schools where she earned her certificate as a Medical Administrator. Barbara was a resident of Manchester for most of her life. In recent years, Barb enjoyed spending her time with her beloved dog Max, knitting, crocheting, reading and watching movies.
Barbara is survived by her daughter Amy (Rusty) Dutton, grandchildren (Haidn Dutton, Lilli Dutton and Kamryn Dutton), her mother and stepfather Gloria and John Hunt, brother Philip (Jan) Soares, sisters Kathy Blanchard and Gloria (Gerry) Towne and several nieces and nephews. Her father Antonio Soares and brothers Bruce Soares and Brian Blanchard preceded her in death.
A memorial reception will be held at J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge Street, Manchester NH on November 30th starting at 11:00. The family requests masks be worn by all guests. A private burial ceremony will follow at Mount Calvary cemetery in Manchester. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
