David R. “Robbie” Snelgrove, Jr., age 50, of Brockton, passed away on Wednesday evening, November 10, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.
Born in Stoughton, he was the son of David R. Snelgrove, Sr. and Judith A. (Marella) Snelgrove of Franklin. He was raised in Brockton and was a graduate of Brockton High School and Bridgewater State College.
Robbie had a warm personality, was very easygoing and loved to meet people. He enjoyed writing and even wrote a book that was published.
In addition to his parents, he leaves his sister Jennifer Garrison and her husband Todd of Mendon; three nieces; Kaelin, Paige, and Avery; his best friend from kindergarten Doreen Lehane of Braintree; his great aunt Carol Andrews of Abington and cousins.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to visit with Robbie’s family on Sunday, November 21, 2021, from 1:00 to 3:00pm, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton, with a funeral service beginning at 3:00 pm, in the funeral home. His interment in Melrose Cemetery will be private.
