Chayo “Chuck” Cabral, 90, of Ventura, CA.
Chayo was born in 1931 in Oxnard, CA, and graduated from Oxnard High School in 1949, and Ventura College in 1957. He served in the US Air Force for 4 years during the Korean War as a Staff sergeant. Chayo owned Kasual Klothes Men & Boys Clothing Store in Port Hueneme during the 60’s and 70’s and also worked for the federal government, where he retired. He traveled the world with his wife and celebrated his children’s successes and accomplishments.
Chayo is survived by his wife Barbara and his children Michael (wife Adeline), Robert (wife Pelar), Elizabeth (husband Freddy), and Michelle. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Danikha, Devan (Franziska), Damian (Sandra), Gavyn and Tyler, and great granddaughter Amira.
A funeral mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, followed by a military honors graveside service at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura, CA.
