New Bedford – Gary Rezendes, age 56 of New Bedford passed away on October 31, 2021. He leaves behind a wife, Nancy Rezendes of 36 years; 2 sons, Justin and Tyler Rezendes; 1 daughter, Kaylin Rezendes; 1 sister, Lisa Rezendes Senna from Florida and many loved nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Manuel “Stevie” Rezendes and Alyce (Lopes) Rezendes.
Gary was a hard worker. He worked at Dartmouth Building Supply for 20 years as a boom operator before retiring. Gary enjoyed helping people and hanging out with his best friend Manny Moniz and his family. Gary will be greatly missed.
Gary’s visiting hours will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 7:30 A.M. – 8:30 A.M. at Perry Funeral Home and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
