Cynthia Colleen (Churavy) Garrett, 64 of Tyngsboro, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Fairhaven Healthcare Center, Lowell . She was born in Haverhill on May 12, 1957 and was the daughter of the late Zdenek (Sidney) Churavy and the late Margaret (Bagley) Churavy. She was employed as a medical assistant for many years. She was a communicant of St. James Parish in Haverhill. She enjoyed Irish step dancing, cooking and camping.
She is survived by her two sons, Patrick Garrett and Kyle Garrett of CA; and her cousins, Lisa Bagley of Tyngsboro, Sheila (Bagley) Puma of Leominster, Richard J. Bagley of San Jose, CA, and several other cousins in USA and Czech Republic.

On Saturday, November 6, 2021 all are welcome to attend her funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. James Parish, 185 Winter Street, Haverhill, MA. Procession for burial will follow at St. James Cemetery in Haverhill.
