Deborah (Wiley) Hayes, 69, of New Bedford, died peacefully after a brief illness on October, 24th, 2021.
Born in Acushnet, daughter of the late Robert and Evelyn (Schestak) Wiley, she lived in Acushnet, Fairhaven, and New Bedford throughout her life.
Deborah loved lighthouses and sports, especially the Red Sox, Patriots, and Nascar. She had a fantastic sense of humor and was loved by many. She worked at Titleist for many years.
Survivors include her sons, Jeff and Brian Wiley; Niece, Robbie Hofher; cousins, Christine Saulnier and Lora Farley; granddaughters, Brianna Wiley and Kaya; a very good friend Tony; and her caretaker Sherry.
Her visitation will be held Thursday, October 28th from 9-11 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park Street, New Bedford. Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 11 AM followed by burial in Acushnet Cemetery.
