Obituary

Heather Elizabeth Varnum, 33, of Bellingham formerly of Franklin died October 14th at the UMass Medical Center in Worcester following a long battle with liver disease.

Born in Framingham March 25, 1988, the daughter of Paul and Jill Varnum of Franklin. Heather was raised in Franklin and was a 2006 graduate of Franklin High School. She lived in Bellingham for the past 8 years.

Heather obtained her PCA Certification at Tri-County and worked at the Forge Hill Living Center in Franklin.

She also managed at several Nouria Energy gas stations throughout the area and at the Lincoln Street Market. She genuinely enjoyed the people of Franklin.

Heather also was a part-time Uber driver, particularly around the Boston area.

Heather was a very spiritual being with a heart of gold. She enjoyed meditation, crystals, Chakra healing, as well as crafting, hiking in the woods, animals and nature in general.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother Jeffrey Varnum and his wife Laura of Foxboro and their children, Cameron and Hannah.

She is also survived by her grandfather Paul Varnum and his wife Cathy of Norton, her Aunt Edis and Uncle Glenn Feldhouse of Framingham, Uncle Mike Varnum of Framingham, many cousins, great aunts, uncles and other distant family members.

Her calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 21 from 4-7 p.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin.
