Robert Henry Bibeau, 83, of Burke, Virginia died April 13, 2006 at Fairfax Inova Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester, NH, on December 12, 1922, the son of Henry and Blanche (Charron) Bibeau. He had resided in Manchester and Concord, NH, before moving to Virginia in 1959.
He had served in the US Air Force.
He worked for Rumford Press in Concord before moving to Burke, VA where he worked as foreman for the United States Government Printing Office.
Besides being with his family, he enjoyed helping others in building and construction. He was an avid reader and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.
Members of his family include his wife of 62 years, Pauline (Raiche) Bibeau of Burke, VA; three sons, Robert J. Bibeau of Andale VA, Terrence P. Bibeau of Trenton, SC, and Jay A. Bibeau of Lake Ridge, VA; two grandchildren; three nephews and several cousins; he was predeceased by a sister, Irene Tessier who died in 1988.
Urn burial was held Friday April 21, 2006 at 12 noon at the N.H. State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.
