CHICOPEE – Christian Michael Joslyn Chagnon, 47, of the Fairview section of Chicopee, was Called Home on Sunday, October 3, 2021 in Brooklyn, New York. He was born in Springfield on April 26, 1974, the beloved son of Michael J. Chagnon of Chicopee and the late Charlene C. (Joslyn) Chagnon who was Called Home on December 31, 1999. He was raised in Chicopee Falls, attended Chicopee schools and had lived in Chicopee his entire life. He had furthered his education and attended Holyoke Community College. He was employed with several local drywall construction companies. An avid car enthusiast and dog lover, he loved spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his father, he leaves his two loving children, Damon C. Chagnon and his fiancée, Alexa Belmonte of Holyoke and Kayla C. Chagnon and her partner, Julien Torres, of Chicopee; their loving mother, Ericka (Mailhott) Martinez of Chicopee; and his many dear uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family members and friends. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Saint Stanislaus Cemetery, 800 Montgomery Street, Chicopee, MA 01013.
