Harry L. Potter, 66, of New Bedford, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 at home after a long illness. He was the spouse of Gary K. Langevin.
Born in Acushnet, son of the late Donald L. and Olivia (Cunha) Potter, he was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. Prior to retirement, he was an owner of Potter Funeral Service, Inc. for many years. Harry enjoyed taking trips to the casino.
Including his spouse, he is survived by a brother: Kenneth A. Potter of Mystic, CT; a sister: Dawn L. Barry of Centerville, MA; 2 nephews; and 4 nieces.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the Kirby Funeral Home at 11:30 A.M.
Visitation will be Thursday from 9:30 - 11:30 A.M. prior to the service.
Interment will be in Acushnet Cemetery.
