Survived by wife of 66 years, Margaret; children, Laurie (Brian) Peterson, Deana (Steve) Witt, & Marty (Ann) Sonnek; grand children, Stephanie (Kyle) Mullen, Ben (Erin) Peterson, Stacie (Sagar) Tolaney, Jake Witt, Megan Witt & Abby Sonnek; great-grandchildren, Gabby Mullen, Danger Mullen & Sierra Tolaney; sister, Theresa Berry; and many nieces & nephews. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Transfiguration Catholic Church (6133 – 15th St. N., Oakdale) with visitation starting at 9 AM. Private family burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
