Maxwell H. Parsons Jr., 54, of Londonderry, NH, died Tuesday October 5, 2021, in the Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born in Boston, MA on June 24, 1967, a son of Maxwell and Estelle (Porter) Parsons. He had been a resident of Londonderry for the past 14 years, formerly living in Peabody, MA and Everett, MA. Max was raised in Everett where he had attended Everett High School. He was employed as a crane operator for Technical Tree Service in Goffstown, NH.
He is survived by his wife, Stacey (Sally) Parsons of Londonderry; two daughters, Olivia Anne Parsons, and Emelia Mae Parsons both of Londonderry; his brother, Steven Parsons of Bridgton, ME; four sisters, Linda Sheridan of Billerica, MA, Kathy Sobolewski of Pelham, NH, Maureen Sullivan of Revere, MA, and Kimberly Maio of Everett; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Anne Sullivan of Everett.
Max was a dedicated father first and foremost. He treasured his children and embraced every moment with them. Even if it was just something as simple as walking down to the mailbox with them, he treasured the moment. He was the best husband, dad, brother, uncle, friend anyone could ever ask for. The love he and his wife Stacey had for each other was infinite. He lived life to the fullest doing crazy, fun activities like scuba diving, skydiving and water skiing but he also loved simple things like sitting around bonfires with his best friends or scenic rides through the mountains. Tree work was his passion and he loved to teach his endless skills to others, including his nephews. One of his favorite things to do was collecting WWII gear and building models. He knew anything involving the military even though he was never able to join. Max would do anything for anyone…. literally give you the shirt off his back. He was the life of the party and made friends with everyone he came in contact with. He left a huge impression on whomever he met. He will be sadly missed. The world will never be the same. We love you, Max!
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is assisting the family with arrangements.
