FALL RIVER – Dolores Souza, age 87, passed away on October 3, 2021 at Catholic Memorial Home. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred P. Souza. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Antone and Mary (Medeiros) Moniz. Prior to retirement she worked as a seamstress for Bradley Scott for over 35 years. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church.
Dolores is survived by her sons Christopher Souza and his wife Maria of Fall River and David Souza and his significant other Rhonie Watterson of PA; 2 grandchildren Todd Michael Souza, his wife Lauren and Craig Matthew Souza, his wife Paige; 2 great- grandchildren Priscilla Grace Souza and Noah Abraham Souza. She was predeceased by her brother Edward Moniz.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home at 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Thursday, Oct. 7th with extended calling hours from 8:30-9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 A.M.
