Aleiouse Estelle (Eaton) Ruggiero of Tewksbury, MA died peacefully on Friday, October 1, 2021. She lived a wonderful life as a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.
Aleiouse was the daughter of Frank and Grace Eaton of Harlowton, Montana. She moved to San Francisco where she met her husband Tony, who was in the Navy, and they moved to Massachusetts to raise their family.
Aleiouse was retired from the Tewksbury State Hospital where she worked as a Central Supply Technician. Previous to that she worked at BF Goodrich in Watertown.
Aleiouse was an avid quilter and seamstress and very active in the Quilter’s Guild. She also loved to read, knit and crochet. She loved spending time with her family and gardening in the yard. Their home in Tewksbury was always filled with family and friends.
Aleiouse is survived by her five children, Judy Ferreira and her husband, Gary of Lowell, MA, Linda Ruggiero of Concord, NC, Jeri Wesson of Hudson, NH, John Ruggiero of Londonderry, NH, and Dan Ruggiero and his wife, Kim of Chelmsford, MA ; and her 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Aleiouse is preceded in death by her husband, Tony; her son, Tony Ruggiero and her brother, Frank Eaton.
On Wednesday, October 6, 2021 all are welcome to attend her calling hours from 4-8 p.m. at Tewksbury Funeral Home, 1 Dewey Street, Tewksbury 978-851-2061.
Her burial will take place privately at Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon, MA.
