Obituary

FALL RIVER…Leonard V. “Lennie” Bourgeois, 44, of Fall River passed away September 17, 2021, at home with his family by his side following a brief battle with cancer.
He was the loving fiancé of Nelia Little who he had been with for the past 11 years.
Born in Providence, he was the son Joanna (DeSouza) Bourgeois of Fall River and stepson of the late David “Rocky” LeDuc.

Lennie had been the owner and operator of Springs & Things for over 20 years. His passion was fixing cars and motorcycles. He was an avid biker and had enjoyed long rides with Nelia and the countless friends he made of the years. Known for being everyone’s taxi, he never hesitated to help a family member or friend in need. Although he enjoyed his bikes and also fishing, he truly loved playing with his granddaughter and spending time with his family.

Along with his fiancée and mother, survivors include his children: Jordan Bourgeois, Fabiana Lopes (fiancé: Brandon), Amber Little, Jason Little and Victoria Bourgeois, all of Fall River; his granddaughter: Sofie Lopes; his brother: David “DJ” LeDuc, Jr. of Lakeville; his nephew: David LeDuc, III; his niece: Lillianna LeDuc; his beloved aunts: Lynn Robillard and Dawn Robillard, both of Fall River; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 8:00 P.M. at SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River following calling hours from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
