LOWELL Cecilia Maria Meneses, 38, of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly at her home on September 16, 2021.
She was born on November 9, 1982 , in Tulare, CA, she was a daughter of Manuel and Maria (Toste) Meneses. Her family relocated to Lowell when she was an infant. She grew up in Lowell, attended the local schools as well as Lowell High School.
After high school she worked for Global Care Medical Group as a receptionist for many years. More recently she worked for Tewksbury Walmart.
Besides her parents, Manuel and Maria Meneses of Lowell, she is survived by her children, Mikayla M. Meneses of Sandown, NH, and Robert C. Cartier of Lowell, his father Robert W. Cartier of Lowell, her brothers, Orlando Meneses and his companion Donna Health Gonsalves of Lowell, Adrian and his wife Nina Meneses of Pelham, Libanio and his wife Crystal Meneses of Sandown, NH, and Paul Meneses and his companion Amanda Ullon of Nashua, NH. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew Brian, Mila and Giada Meneses, as well as many friends.
