In Raynham, Joan Sypher, Age 89, passed away in the Life Care center of Raynham on September 13, 2021 following a period of failing health. Joan was the wife of the late Raymond Sypher. She was born in Brockton, the daughter of the late Joseph & Edna (Shepard) Joncas.
Joan had resided in Raynham since 1958. She was employed as a teacher’s aide for the Town of Raynham public schools and also worked for the Haskon Company in Taunton. Joan was a communicant of St. Ann’s Church in Raynham. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Ray all over the world. Joan was a loving and devoted wife, mother and Mema who loved spending time with them.
Joan is survived by her two children; Timothy R. Sypher of Raynham and Michelle Graham and her husband Jon of Bridgewater. She also leaves her sister, Jackie Dimarzio of Brockton, her beloved grandchildren; Kaitlyn Graham and Annabelle Sypher.
A graveside service will be held at Bourne National Cemetery in Bourne, MA on Thursday, September 16th at 10:15am.Visiting hours are kindly omitted.
