Diane Marie (Berry) Gibb, 70 of Lowell, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Lowell General Hospital. She was the widow of the late David Norman Gibb who passed away in 2016.
She was born in Malden on December 29, 1950 and was a daughter of the late James Berry and the late Evelyn (Clucas) Berry. She was raised in Malden, before relocating to Tewksbury, Nashua, and Lowell.
In her younger days, Diane worked in the Lowell shoe factories and enjoyed spending time at the Commodore Ballroom. More recently she worked as a bus driver for Atlantic Bus. She loved doing canvas and yarn artwork, especially making clocks. She loved lighthouses and enjoyed collecting lighthouse knickknacks for her collection.
She is survived by her six children, Russell Berry of Nashua, Steve Berry of Nashua, Timothy Berry of Lowell, Brian Berry of Nashua, Tiffany Ortiz and her husband, Efrain of Lowell, and Chris Gibb and his wife, Cassandra of Lowell; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Christina, Justin, Kendra, Karen, Deanna, Aiden, Jayden, Ava, Caleb, Adanis, David and Carter. She is also survived by her sister, Gail Gluck and her husband, Alan of Hyannis; her close friend, Eddy Soye and Lulu; and many nieces and nephews.
Diane was also the sister of the late Alfred Berry and the late James Berry.
