LOWELL Percy Julian Cosmes, 60 of Lowell, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021. He was born in Holyoke, MA on May 20, 1961 and was a son of the late Julio C. Cosmes Sr. and the late Sally (Bushaw) Colon. He was raised in Lowell, where he attended the area schools, graduating from Lowell Voke.
Percy enjoyed spending time at the dog tracks, watching Boston sports teams, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by three sisters, Lena Tartaro and her husband, Joseph of Billerica, Carmen Cosmes of Lowell, and Eileen Cosmes of Lowell; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was also the brother of the late Julio Cosmes Jr. and the late Linda Cosmes.
