Obituary

Dorothy A Kirlis, born 12-2-48 was surrounded by her family when she went home to be with her Jesus on Monday morning, Sept 6th, 2021.
She was born the eldest daughter of 14 children to John and Jewlene (Roy) Winslow.
Whether you called her Dot, Dotty, Dorothy, Mom, Mama, MomMom, or just Precious, If you were lucky enough to have met her, you immediately were drawn to her and immediately loved her. She left an impression on everyone that she spoke to. She always wore the most beautiful infectious smile you ever saw, and if you needed anything, including the shirt on her back, it was yours before you were done asking.
She worked tirelessly to educate herself earning her degree from Franklin Pierce College. She then worked for many years in the software industry, when that door closed, she opened her own restaurant, Piezanos in Hooksett, where she worked with her children and best friends and with a servants heart, made awesome pizza and the most delicious cheesesteak subs for the community. She later returned to the software industry working for many years at Fidelity Investments, and BAE Systems and upon retiring continued to work part time as the deputy town clerk for Deering NH where she lived the remaining years of her life.
She loved people, and everywhere she went people were drawn to her.
We love you mommom.
She leaves behind her life's greatest treasures her family, her son Roger Houghton and his girlfriend Ginger of Hollis, her daughter in law, Tricia Houghton of Palm Coast, FL., daughters; Deanna Houghton and her boyfriend Reggie of Manchester, Krystal Kirlis- Brochu and husband, Michael of New Boston and stepdaughter Suzie Carr and her husband, Terry of Kansas City, MO., her grandson Nakia Brochu, grand daughters Tiffany Czaja, Stephanie Hammermeister, Meaghan Houghton, Daelynne Boudreau, Amanda Kirlis and Erika Rhodes, Nancy and Thomas Fortin, great grandchildren, Jaylynne, Jocelyn, Tenley, Remi, Saylor, Luna, Lenox, Rain, Jordan, Lakelynne, Dalton, Harman, and two more on the way and 4 grand dogs Dylan, Benny, Mila, Grace.
