Jorge L. Carrero, 61, of Hartford passed away at Hartford Hospital on Friday August 27. Jorge was born on January 30, 1960, son of Telesforo Carrero and Ana Martinez. He was the father of George Crespo. He also leaves behind one brother, Teleforo Carrero and three sisters, Migdonia, Maria and Carmen Carrero. Jorge also leaves many nieces and nephews to cherish his memories.
Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 6p.m. in the chapel of the Hartford Community Funeral Home 380 Maple Avenue, Hartford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10.am. at St. Augustine church (meeting directly at the church). Burial will immediately follow in Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield.
