Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 8 am. Funeral Mass in Christ the King Parish (St. Colman) at 9 am

Obituary
Mrs. Farrell died Friday morning at St. Joseph Manor after a period of failing health. She was born in Chelsea, a daughter of the late Valentine and Matilda (Coyne) Elmore. She was raised in Roxbury and had been a resident of Brockton since 1957. Following her high school graduation, she became a buyer at Filenes Dept. Store. She had also worked at Mammoth Mart and Tops Dept. Store both in Brockton. She enjoyed bingo, cooking and loved to read. She was a long time communicant of St. Colman Church where she was a member of the Ladies Sodality and where she and her late husband helped organize and run the weekly bingo game.
She is survived by a son, Michael J. Farrell and his wife Ann of So. Easton and three grandchildren, Daniel, James and Brian Farrell.
She was the wife of the late Walter J. Farrell and sister of the late Valentine and Elizabeth Elmore
