Thomas "Lenny" Lennon, age 75 a long time resident of Tewksbury died unexpectedly, Thursday August 12, at his home with his family by his side.
He was born in Everett on November 30, 1945 and was the son of the late Ralph & Freda Lennon. He received his education in Bedford and was a graduate of Bedford High School with the class of 1965. After graduation he served with the Army National Guard before his honorable discharge. He continued onto air-conditioning and refrigeration school in Boston. He worked in this field his whole life. His last career accomplishment before retiring was creating a service department for Dracut Appliance.
Tom enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. His legacy will forever be his grandchildren, by whom he was affectionately known as "Papa". Lenny loved to watch football and was an avid Patriots fan, the Superbowl was his Christmas. Tom also loved playing the lottery and scratch tickets.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Carol (Genetti) Lennon, his daughter Marie and her husband Gregg Nyman of Hudson, NH, his daughter Tracy Romel of Tewksbury, his grandchildren Kenny Nyman and his wife, Amy, of Derry, NH, Zachary and Anthony Nyman of Hudson, NH, and Julia and Sophia Romel of Tewksbury; and his great grand daughter Zoey Nyman of Derry, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Ralph Lennon and the late Judith Frassica.

ON MONDAY MORNING HIS FUNERAL WILL BEGIN AT THE FUNERAL HOME AT 9 A.M.. HIS FUNERAL MASS WILL TAKE PLACE AT 10 A.M. AT ST. WILLIAM’S CHURCH, 1351 MAIN STREET, TEWKSBURY, MA 01876. FOLLOWING THE FUNERAL MASS, TOM WILL RECEIVE FULL MILITARY HONORS AND HIS BURIAL WILL BE HELD PRIVATELY. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, PLEASE MAKE MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS IN HIS MEMORY TO THE BREAST CANCER CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE.
