William Scott “Bill” Heath, 57, of Tifton passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Navicent Health in Macon. A graveside funeral service will be held for Bill at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest. The Rev. Carl Metzger will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Justin Lanier, Sam Wright Jr., Gerald Zorn, Ed Newton, Jace Newton and Bo Carver will serve as pallbearers.
Born December 17, 1963, in Tifton, Bill was the son of the late Billy Eugene Heath and Marion Norman Heath. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Susan Heath Driggers. He was employed at Hood Packaging in Tifton and he was a member of Tifton Bass Busters. He loved to fish and he was known throughout the community for his love and talent for fishing.
Bill is survived by his wife, Andrea Brooks Heath of Tifton; one son and daughter-in-law, Jarrod and Sarah Heath and their daughter on the way, Mollie-Kate Heath of Tifton; one daughter and son-in-law, Skylar and Scott Sigler of Denver, Colorado; one brother and sister-in-law, Ronald Eugene and Betty Lankford Heath of Tifton; a nephew, Woody Driggers; a niece and her husband, Zoe and Tyrone Dean.
