Martha L. Ball, 88 of Gaithersburg, MD, died on Mon, July 26th after a courageous fight with cancer.
She was raised in Abington, Ma. and made teaching her life long profession. She traveled and taught school all over the world.
She was an avid reader, and loved skiing and tennis. She volunteered for several projects and was always there to help a friend. She was very devoted to her church at Grace United Methodist.
She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Mildred Ball, her sisters Betty Thomas and Ruth Swanson and her brother, Bob Ball. Also predeceased by her beautiful friend, Nancy Reed. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
She donated her body to medical science and there will be no services.
