Paul D. Gonsalves, 78, of Westport, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was husband of the late Carol Ann (Cote) Gonsalves.
Born in Fall River, he was son of the late Paul and Helen A. (Dennihey) Gonsalves. Prior to retirement in 2003, he was an engineer for the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Mr. Gonsalves enjoyed antique cars and raising his pigeons, he was a lover of animals and nature.
He is survived by 3 daughters: Paula A. Gonsalves and her companion Randy Cadoret of Westport, Karen A. Vallee of Fall River and Sharon A. O'Connor and her husband Brett of Swansea; 2 sisters: Kim Gonsalves and Cheryl Gonsalves; 2 grandchildren: Rylee O'Connor and Taylor Rodrigues; his companion: Cathy Mello of Tiverton; a niece: Sheri Raposo; and several nieces and nephews.
He was brother of the late Kerry Gonsalves.
