Stacie Lynn Enos, 48, of Eastham passed away Friday, July 16th at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Barnstable, she was the daughter of Mary 'Carol' (Perry) Enos and the late Robert ‘Reggie’ Enos. She was a long-time Provincetown resident and raised her children in Eastham.
A graduate of Provincetown High School, she was a Cape and Islands League All-Star, accomplished athlete in softball as both a catcher-pitcher, and renowned by her peers. She had a love and passion for animals and started taking care of horses at an early age. She enjoyed helping her father, the shellfish constable on the Westend flats, as well as hunting near Beach forest, carrying her dads gun, knowing that she would not let him use it!
She worked at several restaurants at an early age, most notably for many years at the Mayflower Restaurant. She later left work to raise her children. Stacie was a vivacious woman who loved spending her days on the beach, boating, fishing with her family. Her friends and family will always remember the laughter and joy she radiated as well as the selfless nature, helping others first. Known for her sharp-witted tongue that instantly turned strangers into friends, she was a beacon of light that will be sorely missed by all.
Stacie is survived by her fiancé Andrew Lindera, her sons Johnathan and Rayden Lindera, daughter Shae Perry, all of Eastham, her mother Carol Enos of Provincetown, brothers Glenn A. Enos of Truro, and Scott M. Enos and his wife Christina of North Truro. She also leaves a niece, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, August 5th at St. Peter the Apostle Church, 11 Prince St, Provincetown, MA. Burial at St Peters Cemetery will be private.
