Vivian Louise Lyles Counts, 73, of Hahira passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021, at her residence. A graveside funeral service will be held for Ms. Counts at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. Frank Copeland will officiate.
Ms. Counts’ family members will serve as pallbearers.
Born September 10, 1947, in Tifton, Ms. Counts was the daughter of the late Raymond Hammond Lyles, Sr. and Louise Harrell Lyles. Before retiring, she was the Regional Manager for Jameson Inn.
Ms. Counts is survived by her children and their spouses, Jimmy and Tonja Counts of Columbia, South Carolina, V. Michelle and David Copeland of Lakeland and Khristen and Garrett Whitson and Andy Ray Counts, all of Hahira; her siblings and their spouses, Ray and Melissa Lyles of North Augusta, South Carolina and Livia and Frankie Harper of Hahira; her grandchildren, Amber Hooten, Jaszmyn Counts, Elizabeth Copeland, Isabelle Counts, Emma Counts, Ethan Powell, Hannah Counts, Ivy Whitson, Alison Whitson, Caroline Counts, Reagan Oliphant and Alexx Zebrosky; and eight great-grandchildren.
