Maria Vazquez (53) of Brockton died July 10th at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in New York, daughter of the late Hippolito Vazquez and Paula (Marquez) Vazquez. Maria enjoyed eating, fishing, playing jokes on her family and friends and helping others who needed transport or translations.
Maria is survived by 4 sisters, Miriam Vazquez-Martinez, Rosie Vazquez-Browne and Carmen Vazquez all of Brockton and Margaret Vazquez-Carr of New Hampshire, (mother of the late Hector Noel Vazquez and Jaqueline M. Vazquez), (sister of the late Paul Vazquez and Victor Vazquez), her grandson Jiyzaye, her dear friend Joanne Doumousiaris and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will take place in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Wednesday July 14th at 11 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl Street Brockton. Visitation from 9 am prior to services.
