Cindy Lee Wozny, age 49, passed away on July 8, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born on January 30, 1972 in Springfield. She worked at Head Start in West Springfield as a family advocate for many years before she became a caretaker for her own family. She is survived by her two sons, Christopher Wozny and Heriberto Rivera of West Springfield; her husband, Pucho Rivera of West Springfield; her father, Richard Wozny of Agawam; her mother, Erna (Kalkau) Wozny of West Springfield; two sisters, Tina Lamountain and her husband Russ of Westfield and Christine Wozny of West Springfield; Rahmel Hill from West Springfield whom she considered her son and her nieces and nephews, Danny LaMountain, Sabrina Wozny, Jeremy Cyr and Justin Rahn along with many great nieces and great nephews. Calling hours will be held on the morning of the funeral, Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee followed by a Funeral Mass in Cross Roads Ministries Church at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place in St Thomas Cemetery in West Springfield.
