The Death has occurred of Paddy (Patrick) Joseph Power,
Tewksbury/Malden Massachusetts and late of Clontarf, Dublin
It is with heavy hearts that we share our sadness at the passing of a special person. Beloved and dear father of Connor and Rory, beloved and dear son of Frances Elizabeth and the late Philip Anthony Power and former husband of Naoimh. Sadly missed and remembered by his brothers Kevin and Philip and his sisters Áine, Frances, Niamh, Orla and Linda, his nieces and nephews, his former in-laws especially Joan and Brendan Lavin and large wider family and his many friends. Paddy loved Clontarf and Clontarf loved him as his many friends will vouch for. So it is in keeping that some of his ashes are going to be interned in Ireland by his mother and family. Paddy loved Irish culture, in particular Irish history and any and all things Irish. Paddy’s gregarious nature, love of life, and his kindness and generosity touched many lives in his adoptive home of Boston, and in the many places he visited and had family and friends around the world where he is warmly remembered.
Mass and a celebration of Patrick’s life will be held at St. William’s Church, Tewksbury on July 17 at 1:00 pm
