STANDISH- Ruth Dearborn Beane Morton, was born on Sept. 29, 1925, to Lester and Mildred Warren
Dearborn, passed away on June 20, 2021 at The Gorham House.
Ruth did many forms of work, from working at a small nursing home, helping to run Charlie's Autobody
and Tire shop, selling for Avon for 23 years, and was employed by Ames and Bradlees for 19 years. She also did
bookkeeping for 30 years along with her other work.
She loved traveling to Washington state to visit her daughter and family.
She was married to Earle Beane in 1946, had two daughters, Bonita Myers, of Bonney
Lake, WA and Sherilyn Gowen of Gorham, Maine. She married Charles L. Morton in 1956, had
three children; Steven L., David L., and Charlyce Asali, all of Standish.
There will be no funeral services, burial will be at Old West Baldwin Cemetery, amongst
family.
Please, no flowers. Donations can be made to the Shriner's Children's Burn Center or Standish Rescue
would be greatly appreciated.
