Age 64 of St. Paul. Passed away unexpectedly. Preceded in death by father, Darrell & brother, Kevin. Survived by sons, Brett (Rachal) & Reid; mother, Marie; & siblings, Kent, Ross & Dawn; grandchildren, Willow, Braxton & Brayden. Todd had an unconditional love for his family and many friends. Memorial Service 4:00 PM at Sandberg Family Funeral Home, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul with Visitation starting at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 26, 2021.
