Joseph “Joe” Anthony DiGiandomenico, 62 of Franklin died suddenly June 13 at Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Laurie (Courtney) DiGiandomenico for the past 42 years.
Born in Denver Colorado, February 20, 1959, the son of Marie “Sue” (Fisher) Yadisernia of Center Barnstead, New Hampshire and the late John J. DiGiandomenico.
Mr. DiGiandomenico had lived in Franklin for most of his life. He was a 1977 graduate of Franklin High School. Mr. DiGiandomenico had been a machinist for Howes Engineering Company in Millis for many years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding his motorcycle.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by his children, John T. DiGiandomenico and his wife Fiona of Milford, and Lindsay DiGiandomenico and her fiance Shawn Tuttle of Walpole, and his stepfather John Yadisernia.
He is also survived by his siblings, Susan Lamont of Webster, and Kerry DiGiandomenico of Brooklyn Connecticut.
Calling hours will be on Thursday, June 17 from 4-7 p.m. at the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin.
The family will have a private funeral service on Friday, June 18.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Franklin.
