Richard F. “Dickie” Brogan, 68 of North Hampton NH, formerly of Medford died Monday after a brief illness at his home.
Born in Medford, he was the son of the late William and Maude (Lucia) Brogan.
Mr. Brogan worked for the City of Medford on the Highway Department from 1962 to 1997. He served in the Air Force from January 24, 1952 to February 6, 1956 during the Korean War. Richard was a late member of the Kiwanis in Pembroke Pines, Florida and the former AMVETS of Medford.
Loving Companion of Estia Analetto. Devoted father of Richard Brogan of Missouri, Mary Silvestro of Medford, Ruth Santini of Bolton, and David Brogan of Derry, NH. Loving grandfather of Julie Brogan, Georgie, Angela, Michelle, Richard Silvestro, Derek, David, Arlene Santini, Christina, David, and Ashley Brogan. Loving great grandfather of Michael Santini. Brother of Arthur Brogan of New York, NY, John Brogan of Medford, Paul Brogan of Hampton, NH and the late Ruth Alessi, Mary Castles, Loretta Cole, Tom and William Brogan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Wednesday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
