Limerick- Frank Smith, 70 years old, of Limerick, passed away June 8, 2021 of cancer at
the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough, ME.
He was born Jan. 10, 1951, the son of Elias R. Smith Sr., and Lena Smith. He attended
local schools. Frank worked many years at Spencer Press in Wells.
He enjoyed playing cards and watching NASCAR on television. He lived with his brother
Howard after the Smith homestead burnt. He is predeceased by his parents, a brother,
Roger Finnemore of Germany, a brother, Elias Smith Jr. of Waterboro, a brother James
Smith of FL.
He is survived by his brothers, Howard of Limerick, Charles Smith and wife Cindy of
Limerick, Gary Smith and wife Debra of West Baldwin, sisters, Yvonne Jay of MD and
Roxanne Smith of Limerick and many nieces and nephews .
At his request, his services will be private.
