Obituary

Frank P. DeCicco, Jr., age 93, of Winchester passed away on Sunday, June 6th. Raised and educated in Medford, he was the son of the late Frank L. and Edith (Maffei) DeCicco. Frank graduated from Medford High School in 1945 and from College of the Holy Cross in 1949 and played football for both schools. Frank was the owner of Wayside Bazaar in Reading before retiring in 2008. His favorite pastimes were entertaining his family with his piano skills and playing golf.

Frank was husband to the love of his life Corinne (Alongi) DeCicco who predeceased him in 1997. He was the devoted father of Frank P. DeCicco, III and his wife Delores of East Hampstead, NH, Gary S. DeCicco Sr. and his wife Gloria of Reading, and Debra DeCicco of St. Petersburg, FL (formerly of Winchester). Frank was the loving grandfather of Frank P. DeCicco, IV and his wife Jessica, Mark DeCicco and his wife Kim, Lauren DeLuca and her husband Mike, Cori DeCicco, Gary S. DeCicco, Jr. and his fiancée Elise, and Toni Marie DeCicco. He is also survived by six loving great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted in Oak Grove Cemetery, 230 Playstead Rd., Medford on Thursday, June 10th at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with family in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford from 9 through 11 AM followed by a procession to the cemetery.
