Jacqueline “Jackie” R. (Lussier) Gagnon, 78, a long-time resident of Bellingham, MA passed away peacefully at Bayberry Commons Nursing Home in Burriville, RI on May 26 2021, following an illness.
Born in Woonsocket , RI on April 15, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Arthur Lussier and Louise (Mayer) Lussier.
She was predeceased by her loving husband and soulmate, Leo A. Gagnon of Bellingham, brother Paul Lussier of Middletown, NY and her best friend and sister Sylvia (Lussier) Brunelle.
Jackie is survived by a daughter, Paula M. (Gagnon) Ducharme and her husband Robert of Burriville, RI her son, Steven L. Gagnon and his wife, Patricia of Lincolnton, NC and two beloved granddaughters, Rebecca E. Gagnon of Webster, MA, Caitlin R. Ducharme of Burriville, RI and a cherished grandson, Ethan A. Gagnon of Burriville, RI. She is also survived by her brother, Roger Lussier of Florida.
Jackie was employed by New England Printing & Graphics for many years.
In retirement she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and is greatly missed by her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass, which will be held at St. Theresa’s Church 630 Rathbun St.Blackstone, MA on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
Interment will be held privately.
