FALL RIVER – Liberal Casimiro, age 89, passed away peacefully at St. Anne’s Hospital on May 9, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Alda (DaSilva) Casimiro. Born in Arrifes, São Miguel, Açores, he was the son of the late Manuel Casimiro and Herminia Rebelo.
Along with his wife he is survived by his children Dulce DeMedeiros, Castalia Bonanca, Paula Forsee and Manuel Casimiro; 6 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 2 siblings.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Monday, May 17th with extended calling hours from 8:30-10:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph’s Church at 11:00 A.M.
