Passed away April 25, 2021 due to complications from COVID-19. Preceded in death by parents, John and Phyllis Verhulst. Survived by siblings, Paula (Art) Miller, Marty (Sharon), Peggy (Rick) Knowles, Pete, Mike (Amy), Pat (Charlie), Tom, Jim (Kim), and Connie; nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Jake had a great sense of humor, was a good storyteller and will greatly be missed. Service Saturday, May 8th at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 – 7th Ave. E., North St. Paul.
