WESTPORT – Sandra K. Lavoie, age 50 of Westport, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. Born in Fall River, Sandra was the beloved wife of Roger Lavoie and the daughter of the late Agostinho F. and Maria G. (Pedro) Medeiros.
Sandra was currently working for South Bay Mental Health of Swansea as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. Sandra enjoyed visiting Casinos, loved to shop and travel with her beloved husband. But most of all, she loved to spend quality time with her family & friends, especially with her grandsons.
In addition to her husband of Westport, Sandra is survived by her daughter: Kristen Beth Lavoie-Lynn (companion Eric Cruz) of Tiverton; siblings: Elizabeth (Betty) Medeiros of Fall River, Dorothy Medeiros (companion Michael Desmarais) of Fall River, and Augustine (Augie) Medeiros (wife Lisa) of Fall River; 2 grandchildren: Aiden Mastera, and Casen Lynn; several nephews.
Sandra’s funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on Tuesday, May 4th at 9:00 A.M. for family, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael’s Church at 10:00 A.M. for all to attend. Cremation to follow.
