Jeanne Pauline (Roberge) Lupien, 86, of Dracut, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021, at home with her family by her side after a long illness. She was the widow of the late Robert P. Lupien who died in 2006.
A daughter of the late Leo Roberge and the late Annette (Paquin) Roberge, she was born September 2, 1934, in Lowell and was educated in the Lowell Schools.
She was raised in Lowell and made her home in Dracut for many years raising her family. In 1988, she relocated to Florida where she made her home until three years ago when she came back to live in Dracut.
Jeanne was an avid Bingo player and with her husband, Robert who was a member, would frequent the Veterans’ of Foreign Wars Bingo Nights on a regular basis. She will be remembered as quite a character, had a great sense of humor, and loved to clown around. Mostly, she loved her large family and was always around for gatherings no matter how big or small.
Her survivors include her children, James Lupien of Dracut, Ronald Lupien and his wife, Dianne, of Dracut, Kenneth Lupien and his wife, Debora, of Londonderry, Steven Lupien of Dracut, Lisa Jones and her husband, Rick, of Orange City, FL, Robert Lupien Jr. of Hudson, NH, Donald Lupien of Lowell, Wayne Lupien and his wife, Kim, of Dracut,
Deborah Bairado and Anthony of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Christopher, Tess, Billy, Jamie, Bobby, Corey, Deena, Trevor, and Amy; her great grandchildren, Lucas,Calliope,Madison and Olivia and one more on the way; her true soulmate, her grand dog, Bug; and many nieces and nephews and friends.
She was also the mother of the late Richard Lupien and sister of the late Pearl Potter, the late Yvette Bernier, the late Lorraine Roberge, the late Eddie Roberge, and the late Walter Roberge
