Obituary

Winnie L. (Davis) LaPierre, 72 of Londonderry, NH, passed away Friday April 23, 2021, unexpectedly, yet very peacefully watching her beloved Celtics while vacationing in North Conway, NH. She was born in Nashua, NH on December 12, 1948 to the late Vincent and Patricia (Harley) Davis. She was raised in Leominster, MA and was a 1967 graduate of Leominster High School. She moved to Londonderry, NH in 1977, where she raised her 6 children and established her legacy.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 plus years, Mike LaPierre of Londonderry, NH, her six children, Michael (Kaila) LaPierre II, Lakeville MA, Heather (Paul) DeChane, Manchester, NH, Melissa (David) Hamel, Pembroke, NH, Kathryn (Douglas) Miles, Concord NH, Timothy (Lacey) LaPierre, Londonderry NH, and Courtney (Jason) Caprarello, Concord NH.

In addition to her children, she leaves behind her grandchildren whom she loved immensely. They were her world and they will miss their Nana. Tori, DJ, Marissa, Zachary, Alexis, Madison, Dylan, Kendra, Emerson, Allison, Sophia, Harper, William, Riley and Michael III and two Great-Grandchildren, Gabriel and Asher. And many cherished nieces and nephews that were so special to her.

She is also survived by her sisters, Eleanor Corliss, South Berwick, ME, Patty Stewart, South Berwick, ME, Rebecca (Keith) LeMay, Candia, NH, Deborah (Peter) Dewhurst, Leominster, MA. She is predeceased by her sister, Charlotte Howe.

Her family and friends will miss her enjoying the things she loved most, including spending time with her family, vacationing in Five Islands Maine, making everlasting memories with her grandchildren, especially attending their sports and activities, watching UConn girls basketball, hosting holiday gatherings, shopping with her sisters, girls weekends away, playing cards with her neighborhood girls, listening to her music on her ear-pods, watching Jeopardy and absolutely believing Bigfoot was real. We are hoping she finally knows the truth. She will truly be missed by so many.

A visitation with masks, social distancing and limited interaction with the family will be held on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH.

There will be a Celebration of her Life Friday, May 7th at 11:00AM at The First Congregational Church of Pembroke, 301 Pembroke St., Pembroke, NH.
