Gail M. Plant (Wilson) of Medford formerly of Braintree passed away on April 22. She was 76 years old. Gail was the beloved wife of George F. Plant. Born in Quincy, Gail was the cherished daughter of the late Reginald G. and Florence A. (DiTullio) Joyce.
Gail was a graduate of Braintree High School. Prior to her retirement, Gail was employed as an Administrative Assistant at Lantanas Function Facility. Being the oldest of her three siblings, she was always the caregiver and nurturer in the family. Gail had a flair for fashion; she loved to dance, decorate and cook. She always reminisced about her trips to Italy. Gail always believed that you should “never give up on your dreams”.
Gail was the devoted mother of Thomas Palmer of Plymouth, MA, Eric Palmer and his wife Colleen of Stoughton and Sarah D'Andraia and her husband Matthew of Medford. She was the adored grandmother of Michael and Gwen Palmer and Joseph D'Andraia. Gail was the dear sister of Michael Wilson of Somerville, Lynette Stephenson of Middleboro and Jace Wilson and his wife Shannon of Pembroke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Gail’s funeral services will be private.
