Sophie Rousakis Papadoconstantakis, 88, passed away on April 9, 2021, with her family by her side. She is reunited with her beloved husband of 63 years, Emmanuel J. Papadoconstantakis, who passed away on December 27, 2020. Sophie is pre-deceased by her sisters, Stella Georgantas and Penelope Harbilas, and is survived by her 2 daughters, Despina (Bill) Simons and Simone Papadoconstantakis, and 2 sisters, Anne Thomas and Constance (James) Kouchalakos. Sophie also left behind 4 grandchildren, Emmanuel, Billy, Matina and Bobby, and 4 great grandchildren, Hugo, Zoe, Coleman and Josephine. Sophie was the daughter of the late John T. and Asimo Rousakis. Burial services were held on April 16, 2021. Her smile, kindness and good nature will be missed by all who loved her.
