Obituary

David Charles Doyle
December 26, 1968 – April 18, 2021

David Charles Doyle, 52, of Haverhill, formerly of Andover, Massachusetts, passed away
peacefully on April 18, 2021 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. So many have been touched
by his generous spirit.

David graduated from Andover High School, where he excelled in soccer and track. He held the
Andover High School track record for the 1000 meter for many years. He also graduated from
Northern Essex and attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He was a member of
the Merrimack Valley Striders running club, and ran several Boston Marathons and local road
races.

David worked in retail and was also an active volunteer in the community for many years. David
enjoyed music, traveling, staying active, and writing. In recent years he had several of his
poems published. He was an avid New England sports fan, and enjoyed gatherings with his
family most of all.

He was predeceased by his father Edwin Doyle, his sister Susan Doyle, his brother-in-law
James Bryson, and his niece Jessica Albert.

He is survived by his mother Martha Doyle of Methuen, Massachusetts, formerly of Andover,
Massachusetts; his sisters: Kathleen Bryson of The Villages, Florida; Tammy Paquette and her
husband Paul of Naples, Florida; Patricia Sullivan and her husband Gregory of Winthrop,
Massachusetts; and his brother Edward Doyle of Lowell, Massachusetts.

David was lovingly adored by his nieces and nephews: Jennifer, Susan, Kelly, Julie, Cindy,
Christine, Matthew, Syrus and Antonio, along with many great-nieces and great-nephews,
cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends for his
thoughtfulness, kindness, and generosity.

Family and friends are invited to gather for his funeral procession at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday,
April 24th, at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, MA, to be followed by his
outdoor Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m. at Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East St. Tewksbury,
MA.
