Bob was a connoisseur of life, who relished traveling and the fine local offerings of restaurants, theater, art, and concerts from the BSO to the Grateful Dead. He loved gardening, and hanging with friends on the corner of Chandler and Clarendon for Boston Pride, and especially loved the ocean and summer sojourns to Provincetown, where he would drive his Jeep over sand to the beaches of the Cape’s National Seashore. He was an avid fan of all the Boston sports teams, with a veteran fan’s perspective and appreciation of the unprecedented run of championships over the past 20 years. Most of all, Bob was a wise, warm-hearted man, cherishing and cherished by his many friends and family.
